No Return For Gavin & Stacey?

Rumours of a reprise for the classic BBC comedy may be false!
It appears that Gavin & Stacey may not return to the small screen anytime soon. Star Joanna Page (who played the titular Stacey) spoke recently about the possibility of the modern comedy programme returning in the near future. This was what she had to say when asked if she thought the show would return: "To be honest with you, I don't. When we all finished Series Three, we were happy it ended because it was nice to move onto other things. It was nice to finish it with people still enjoying it. I think everyone is so busy now and we're off doing our own things. It would be a nightmare trying to get everyone back together again. So I don't think there will be another one". So, is it a no-go, then? We'll have to wait for a definitive announcement from either James Corden, Ruth Jones or the BBC on the matter, but for now it seems we can put a lid on the thought of more Gavin & Stacey.
