Ahead of their major ComicCon panel, Marvel preview their next Avengers movies!Marvel Studios have today released two new promotional posters (below) for their upcoming superhero films Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Forming part of Phase Two of the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise, these two new instalments continue the storylines of solo Avengers in the run-up to the release of The Avengers 2 in 2015.
Each of the two posters is suitably grand and exciting, The Dark World's depicting the various characters in the sequel's intergalactic character roster, while The Winter Soldier's teases a vicious battle between its eponymous hero and his old ally Bucky Barnes. Quite what announcements we can expect at Marvel Studios' ComicCon panel this weekend remains uncertain, yet there's a strong possibility that new Avengers films focusing on solo members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes could be announced for a post-Avengers 2 launch.
Thor: The Dark World hammers into UK cinemas on October 30th, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier ricochets into cinemas worldwide on April 14th, 2014.
