Square Enix have today released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming fantasy platformer Kingdom Hearts III. Announced at E3 2013, the third full instalment in the hit series features characters from Disney franchises and the Final Fantasy titles, and is currently in development over in Japan.
One thing's for sure- no matter how brilliant this preview (below) looks, fans still have a long time to wait until they get their next full dose of Kingdom Hearts. On the brighter side, Kingdom Hearts 2.5 has been announced to be in development for an exclusive PlayStation 3 release next Summer, so at least PS3 followers of the series will have a HD version of the franchise's finest hour so far to keep them busy. A 360 or Xbox One launch of a Kingdom Hearts compilation to bring newcomers into the adventure before its trilogy's climax isn't off the cards either, but we'll keep you posted on that front.
Kingdom Hearts III tosses its Keyblade into retailers worldwide for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2015.
